Most people think happiness....

So, how do you do that?

Of all the energy you come across during the day, how do you let go of the horrible crap that weighs you down?baggage

Your answer to that question can define the course of your life.

If you hold onto to everything, afraid of ‘missing something’, then you’ll be held back and slowed down. Unable to fully enjoy the gifts and blessings that surround you every day. You won’t have any space in your head to think clearly, so you end up just being even more frustrated!

Letting go of negative thoughts and energy is necessary to allowing the positive energies within you to propel you forward.

Of course you can be right.

Being right is like a dog chasing his tail. Busy going in circles, wasting time and energy going nowhere.

Do you want to be right, or do you want to be happy? 

It’s your life and it’s your decision to make.meditation-pose

If you want to be happy, really, truly fulfilled, you’ll set aside some time everyday to just clear out your mind. It doesn’t have to take a long time, but it does need to be a consistent practice.

Meditation helps. So does yoga.

Whatever you decide, stick with it. Soon you’ll start to feel better, lighter and happier. Just like cleaning out your refrigerator or emptying the garbage, you can’t lose!
