How are you at being alone?

I struggle with it and when I came across this video from Ze Frank, I could totally relate.

As I watched this, I decided that instead of beating myself up for being who I am (an extrovert who’s top 3 basic human needs are expression, exchange and expansion), I think it’s more important that I focus on being conscious of what I’m doing as I’m doing it. Instead of berating myself for not being as quiet and calm as I think I should be (“should”-ing on myself is such a nasty habit) I’m trying to learn about and accept myself for being who I am.

God made me this way in order to serve my purpose. I’m exactly who I’m supposed to be

What do you think, my friendly blog reader?

How are you at being alone? Do you know why you do what you do?

What are your top 3 basic human needs? Are you at getting them met?

I’d love to read your thoughts in the comments below!
