In order to feel better….

“In order to feel better, you must do things that help you feel good. Eat well, drink water, get some fresh air and exercise. Treat yourself like a friend, instead of beating yourself up. ┬áLet go of any relationships that drain you and instead fortify your life with healthy energy.┬áPut yourself around other people who are in balance. People who are confident, clear and strong, aware of who they are and what they can do. Put yourself around these people not because of what they can give you, but because of the energy they carry. Energy is contagious.”
